information regarding 2020 enchanted christmas tickets

As a result of the Museum’s closure in December 2020 due to coronavirus restrictions, we unfortunately cancelled our An Enchanted Christmas event for that year.  Following the cancellation, we got in touch to ask all bookers whether they would like to request a refund or if they would like to donate the cost of their ticket to the Museum. 

If you still have tickets for the 2020 event, there are several options available to you regarding your booking.

If you have decided to donate the cost of your ticket to us, we’d like to extend a big thank you to you – your donation helps the Museum to continue to do its work as an educational charity and continue to tell the Black Country’s story for future generations. If you would still like for your ticket cost to be donated, you don’t need to take any further action.  Thank you so much for your support. 

If you would still like to request a refund, we are more than happy to do this for you. You will need to call our Sales and Ticketing team who can process this for you, by calling 0121 520 8054. Lines are open 10am-4pm, Mon-Fri. 

Please note that An Enchanted Christmas for 2021 is fully booked. Tickets from 2020 are not transferrable and cannot be used for this year’s event.
