Fans of Peaky Blinders are invited to join a nationwide hunt to find one of the gangs’ iconic flat caps hidden across the UK, to be in with the chance to win an incredible prize.

Taking place on Friday 6th November, the ‘Hide & Peak’ hunt, hosted by award-winning Midlands-based visitor attraction, Black Country Living Museum, will see 4 flat caps hidden at locations; 2 in Birmingham, 1 in  Manchester and 1 in Liverpool, inviting superfans to put their detective skills to the test.

Join the hunt

To track down the hidden hats, participants can follow Black Country Living Museum’s social media channels for clues and hints revealing their whereabouts.

Those who successfully find a hidden flat cap can use the unique code on the back to redeem a pair of tickets to Black Country Living Museum’s recently launched Peaky Blinders Filming Location Tour

About the prize

Having already seen visitors from over 28 different countries, the tour offers the chance to walk in the footsteps of the Shelby family and discover the filming locations connected to some of Peaky Blinders’ most memorable moments.

Led by a costumed guide dressed in period attire, the 90-minute walking tour will take the winners around the museum’s historic streets and buildings, including Charlie’s Yard and canal towpaths. The lucky winners will hear stories, secrets and behind-the-scenes anecdotes and learn about the relationship between the museum and the series, which started when filming began back in 2013.

What’s more, the prize also includes access to explore the museum’s immersive 29-acre site, such as its 1940s-60s high street, historic shops and houses and working industrial areas, offering a chance to learn more about the Black Country and the people who shaped the region.

Hannah Parsons, head of development and communications at Black Country Living Museum, comments: “There’s no denying that Peaky Blinders has become a global sensation, and we’re incredibly proud to be at the heart of its story here in the Black Country. We’re excited to launch this nationwide scavenger hunt, giving fans the opportunity to find the iconic flat caps and win tickets to our official Peaky Blinders Filming Location Tours, bringing them even closer to the action from the series they know and love.”

“We look forward to welcoming the lucky winners to the museum to immerse themselves in the world of Peaky Blinders and discover everything our region has to offer. We wish everyone the best of luck!”
