What do I do if my card is lost or damaged?

Log into your online account, and visit the ‘Manage my account’ section to edit your account information and update your interests. Alternatively, contact the Membership Team at [email protected] or call 0121 520 8054.

You can renew your membership in the following ways:

Renew your membership in person at our Admissions desk (please note this excludes Direct Debit)
Alternatively, call our Sales & Ticketing on 0121 520 8054 (please note this excludes Direct Debit).

Your membership supports our work as a registered educational charity. Please be advised that your membership is non-refundable. 

No, membership cards can only be used by the member named on the card.
