Having delivered events for more than 20 years across a wide range of venues, I can honestly say that you are one of the very best venue support colleagues I've had the pleasure of working with. Your professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness and positive attitude throughout were absolutely outstanding. You were brilliant and incredibly impressive from start to finish.

Everything was brilliant from start to finish. The pre-event planning and organisation from the team was amazing. Having the opportunity to visit the venue beforehand was also a massive help and gave us a good idea of how everything would work on the day. On the day, everything ran so smoothly. The events delivery manager was a great help from start to finish, always on hand for any questions and to support with the AV. The rest of the team were also fantastic, keeping the refreshments topped up and making sure everything was ready for our breaks.

“The characters in the street/shops were really engaging and their knowledge was outstanding – adding to the immersive experience we were hoping for during our first 60 minutes on site. The bar team in the Elephant and Castle were brilliant too – they got involved in our bingo and nothing was too much trouble for them. Everyone I’ve dealt with through the planning and on the event night is a real asset to the Museum – thank you!”

“The entire team involved on the days have made my job as organiser an absolute breeze and I am so grateful to each and everyone of you for helping to ensure the two days were such a success. Nothing has been too much trouble, everyone has gone out of their way to help and been a joy to speak to and work alongside.
