How many adults can come with a child?

We operate a policy of 2 adults per child so that the Santa Hunts experience can remain feeling magical for the children and they can see all of the Christmassy characters on the hunt!

Your Santa Hunts ticket includes access to the Museum for the full day of your hunt. You are free to explore the site across the day – just make sure you don’t miss your meeting time for the hunt to begin! Late comers will miss the experience!

Every child with a booked ticket will also receive a gift from Santa and there may even be another small memento included that you receive on your journey that you can take home.

Any child over 6 months will need their own ticket and will receive an age-appropriate gift at the end of the hunt.

Whilst there will be some similarities, there will be new characters to help, new activities to take part in and new gifts to receive! This year, it's all about helping our Elf to complete Santa's magic nap time story, finding Santa's grotto and delivering the story to him so that he can get all the rest he needs before Christmas Eve!  

The hunt will involve walking from stop to stop around the entire site so a good majority of the time on the hunt will be outside – please wrap up warm!

The hunt will last approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Although we design a route that does not exclude excessive stair-use, there can be some small steps to get in and out of some of the stops on the way. Pushchairs can be tricky to get in and out of buildings and so we recommend if possible that you leave them in the car and collect them after you’ve completed your hunt.
