    With familiar sights, sounds, and a real sense of everyday life during the wartime years, the Museum sets the scene perfectly for a memorable evening inspired by the style and character of the 1940s.

    Fancy a taste of the '40s? We're serving a bostin' selection of delicious food for the evening, including Parsnip cake, Spam fritters, corned beef cobs and everybody's favourite, Bovril.

    Wash it all down with a glass of Pimms, or a pint from one of our period pubs, or just treat yourself to a good old fashioned cup of tea or coffee.
