Membership benefits
Benefits on the site can be claimed by showing your membership card.
If you’re booking tickets over the phone, you will need to quote your membership number which can be found on your membership card.
Discounts will automatically be given online when you log in with your members account details. Ticket discounts are applied at the basket stage.
You’ll receive an email letting you know that priority booking has opened. You will be able to purchase tickets one week before general on-sale.
You can buy as many tickets as individuals covered by your membership i.e. if you have a Single Membership, you can buy 1 discounted ticket; if you have a Family Membership you can buy 2 Adult Tickets and up to 3 Child Tickets. Please note our Peaky Blinders Nights are adult only events (16+) so tickets can only be purchased for the adult individuals covered in your membership.

A 20% discount on food and drink is available for members only and can be used at the following outlets on production of a valid membership card: Rolfe Street Café, Workers’ Institute Café, Hobbs Fish & Chip Shop, Veal’s Baker’s Shop, T. Cook’s Sweet Shop, Bottle & Glass Inn, The Elephant and Castle Pub, Marsh & Baxter’s Butchers Shop and Burgin’s Newsagents. Discount applies to members only and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Discount does not apply to alcoholic beverages. Cards must be presented at the start of the transaction.
