Is membership eligible for Gift Aid?

Unfortunately, we are unable to claim Gift Aid on membership payments as it can only be claimed on donations, not payments for goods or services. In some cases, membership subscriptions can be treated as donations for Gift Aid purposes but the value of the benefits we offer exceeds HMRC’s limit. Yes – if you’ve bought your Unchained Pass within the past month. You can do this over the phone by calling call 0121 520 8054 or pop in and visit our Admission desk.

To visit, simply give your name and provide photo ID at the Admission Tills and the team will issue you with a temporary membership card for the day to access your onsite discounts.

To book, login online with your registered email address and book an exclusive Get Closer members event or use your members discount on special event tickets.

As an educational charity, we rely on the support of our members and supporters to fund our work. We believe our membership scheme offers great value for money so we are unable to provide any further discounts.
