Put on your finest vintage attire and immerse yourself in all things 1940s as you wander through the Museums authentic streets, filled with the sights and sounds of wartime Britain.
From swing and jazz to patriotic anthems, sing along to timeless melodies that lifted spirits during one of history’s most challenging periods. So put on your dancing shoes and cut a rug to our incredible musical entertainment.Don’t miss this chance to step back in history and experience the atmosphere of wartime Britain first-hand.

Walk in the footsteps of the show’s biggest stars as the Museum celebrates the show that put Birmingham on the map. Explore “Charlie’s Yard” and other historic streets that make up one of the key sets of the global smash hit drama, and don’t forget to look out for Blue Plaques that will highlight key locations from the show.

Join us for an atmospheric evening of live entertainment, industrial demonstrations, vintage vehicles and living history as we celebrate the industrial heritage of the region that helped shape the modern world.This event has been rescheduled from Saturday 21 March to Saturday 3 October.
